By proceeding with this booking, the client agrees to provide accurate event information including event schedule, venue access, technical requirements, and audience estimation.
PT Alternative Nation Cipta reserves the right to adjust production timelines, manpower allocation, and technical configurations depending on project scale and operational conditions.
All event bookings are subject to schedule availability and official confirmation from our management team.
The client is responsible for ensuring venue permissions, operational licenses, and third-party approvals where required.
Additional requests outside the agreed package scope may result in additional charges.
All multimedia content, production concepts, and creative materials produced by PT Alternative Nation Cipta remain intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
Booking fees and down payments are non-refundable once production planning and scheduling have commenced.
Refund requests due to event cancellation must be submitted in writing no later than 14 working days before the scheduled event date.
Approved refunds may be subject to operational deductions, venue reservations, manpower allocations, and third-party production commitments.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 working days before the event date.
Force majeure situations including natural disasters, government restrictions, riots, or other uncontrollable events will be reviewed based on mutual agreement between both parties.
By continuing this booking process, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and refund policies stated above.
